My TV is not so clear when I moved my pc next to it?

Hello,
I moved my pc upstairs and put it next to my tv. Whenever my pc is turned on, my tv is not clear. And whenever my pc is turned off, my tv is very clear.

What should I do? I wanna know the cause of it

Btw, im using antenna.

Electromagnetic radiation from the PC ( or from the PC speakers, if you have them )might cause your TV to become blurry. Electromagnetic radiation may either affect the TV set or the antenna. You should move the PC ( and/or speakers ) away about 2 to 3 meters from the TV set or from the antenna. Should be no big deal.
