Win7 copy

I have recently bought a copy of Windows 7 Pro x64 for my computer. We have three computers at our house, so I got my version; my father has Windows XP x86 Starter Edition; and my brother doesn't have his own copy, yet. He has to install Win7 each month and I am very curious if he can genuinly use my Win7 Pro key?! I think that it was in the Basic/Starter Edition where you can use the same copy for about three times. Can it be done with mine? Or does he has to buy his own copy?

  1. If you are going to use your copy, your brother will have to buy his own.
  2. He'll need his own activation key.
So he will need to buy a copy of Windows 7 for himself

"You can't use the same Windows product key to activate Windows 7 on more computers than the Microsoft Software License Terms allow. Usually, the license terms allow the product key to be used on only one computer."
