Have MSOffice2003 Disks installed but need to upgrade using upgrade ke

Hello,
Can't figure out how to upgrade from my 2003 installed program to 2007 using my upgrade key... Help... I need the 2007 upgrade to run MSAccess I even think I had 2010 at one point..

I had to clean my computer completely.... using the VAIO clean because it was so slow. Now it is faster. Had a 2003 disk of MS Office and loaded it. Can't figure out how to upgrade using the 2007 key I paid for.

You can download Office 2007 from the Microsoft site and the use your key to activate it.
