P4 3.06 on a P4C800

Hi, I want to know if this cpu can be changed for 15 x 200 mhz instead of 23 x 133mhz on this motherboard?

At first, I thought that the 3.06 and 3.00 was the same cpu but it seems to be two different one...

nope 133fsb so no ddr400 operation.

will they swap it out? it would be worth it.
