winipcfg and other 98SE .exe's in XP?

I recently upgraded to Win XP Pro, and found that typing winipcfg does nothing in the Run box. Is this exe still available but under a different name?

Also, please feel free to list any other similar helpful programs that may have been renamed, reworked, or removed.
