HDMI splitter Tags: TV HDMI Power Last response: December 26, 2012 1:35 PM in Other Consumer Electronics Share thewolfe December 18, 2012 3:16:45 PM I need another HDMI port on the back of my TV. I'm trying to connect the set-top box to the TV. I've seen an HDMI cable splitter that has no power and turns one HDMI port into two. Everything else I see is a box with power. I really don't have the space or power source available for a box. If I can find it, will a HDMI cable splitting into two, work or doesn't need power? What you need is a HDMI Switch and not a Splitter. thewolfe December 21, 2012 2:46:44 PM Thanks! I only used powered HDMI Splitter solutions and they work pretty well. Can't find your answer ? Ask !
