Is the Asus Transformer Prime (TF201) capable of using a 64 GB Mini SD card or just 32 GB?

Yes. I have a 64GB Sandisk microSD card in mine (note, micro, not mini). Works perfectly. It's class 10, but it's noticeably slower than the internal flash, but I'm OK with that. The only problem (not related to the capacity) is that due to an unfortunate design error on the TF201 the card sticks out ever so slightly, so it's prone to accidental release.
