I'm pretty sure there would be , try the following site :

wiser to try and change your input locale's and languages , that way updates
and service packs would be easier to obtain.

There isn't an Icelandic localised version of Windows XP, but there is an
Icelandic LIP (Language Interface Pack) which you can download and install
over an English version of XP. This translates about 80% of the OS.
I believe I read that once installed this cannot be reversed. In any case
whilst installed only Icelandic will be available, you couldn't have another
user account that sees an English interface for example.
