I am trying to put a frame on top of my video by using a green screen effect in the center of the frame. I put the frame on the second video time line and the actual video on the first video timeline. When I do this I get a vertical line on the video a number of pixels wide and almost the full height. It only appears on the left side of the video. Does anyone know a fix for this?

So you are doing this in Windows 7 ?

Yes, but I figured it out. I dont need to do green screen just the background and put the background on the first timeline then the video on the second timeline and make it pnp and size it accordingly.
