Latitude D600 won\'t turn on

dell d600 latitude flashing lights but wont turn on? replaced motherboard now no lights flashing atall plugged in old motherboard and lights flashing could replacement board be faulty?can anyone suggest a fix?

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

This sounds as though it could be a power intake problem. Does the power charger have an LED and does it light up? Does waggling the power pug around within the socket make anything light up?

Try taking out the ram and then putting it back in. Also try resetting your CMOS battery.
