Samsung av option not enabled

Hello, I have a samsung LED TV and the AV option is now disabled and my dish tv is connected to component option also the colors have gone. pls help to restore the tv to factory settings..

It's on the System Settings. If you press "Tools", you will see the different options for tweaking your TV's settings.

The "Restore to Factory Settings" options is most likely located at the most bottom part.
