I created another thread in the incorrect section and I cannot seem to find it there. I bookmarked it but it says it no longer exists. I hope I'm not double posting.
Anyway, I got a 21.5" LCD monitor in early February from Newegg. About 3 weeks ago, I noticed some horizontal lines that appeared to move up and down. I tried adjusting the refresh rate (which I only had 2 options; 59 and 60) and tried plugging my video card, which is an 8800gt, into a different PCI slot. I also made sure no wires were conflicting to cause any unnecessary interference. I went through my Nvidia control panel and tried adjusting a few things in there. I have up to date drivers.
When these lines appeared, and I said in my previous thread that they seemed to switch to a ghosting effect when I changed the refresh rate. I was however incorrect. It fluctuates between ghosting and horizontal lines after a certain amount of time.
