Regularly I have to check a few web sites for the business purposes. Is it
possible to load only the required part of a web page? Or is it possible to
add all those selected parts together on a page? Any such software available
to download?

Thanks for any replies and help.

The only thing I can think of is to turn off the ability to view
pictures if you have a slow Internet connection and don't want to wait
for the whole site to load. I can't imagine how you would view just the
top half of a webpage for instance. Perhaps if you describe what you
are trying to do a little better someone will have an answer for you.
