Sorry guys, but too excitted not to post this - won a brand-new Intel XEON 2.66 w/533Mhz FSB today (wooohooooo!!!) at the Intel Channel Conference ! ! ! ! ! ! Now if can count on Intel for anything, its giving me free stuff ! !

Tell me about it - now I just need to find someone to sell it to - I run an AMD system, and I don't really have the $$ to buy a XEON mobo.

Hehahha, good idea - I've been wanting to sell my Maxtor 40Gig for somethin a lil bigger and better ... Hmmm, maybe I'll keep some of the cash for that (thinkin 60Gig Seagate w/8mb buffer) - or even better, an SATA (only have an MSI KT3 Ultra for now, therefore no SATA, but changing it within a month or two)... Hmm, but still gotta take mah girl out with it, and pay bills ! Damn life, always finds a way to stick it to ya

heheha, tell me about it - only place i ever seem to win is there (won last conference too ~6 months ago, a 2.8GHz CPU right when it came out.. i.e. sold it for $575 when wholesale was $640, heh)... kinda makes me wonder, with the AMD show comin' up in Ottawa in two weeks, its like "I better win something"... we'll see , 'caus I'm bound to post it <i>when</i> I do, hehaha
