Can anyone tell me how to access "save target as" ?

I have been trying to download audio clips to include in slide shows.
When I right click in any of the web sites the "save target as" is
grayed out (inaccessable) - I went thru every one of the options in
internet options and blockers in Norton and can't find any reference to
this (in case I inadvertantly blocked it myself

Any and all assistance will be appreciated

Does this happen on many sites hosting audio files or just one? If the
latter, the webmaster may have disabled the ability to save. There may
be copyright and/or ownership issues. If this is only happening at one
website, post the url and others can check it out for you.
