hi guys, havent participated in the forum a while now..

anyway, i got me a new AMD AXP 2000+(0.13) and i cooled it with Spire falconrock II, after few hours gaming it hangs around 51c, is it normal? or its too hot?

Thats about the same temps you get with the stock AMD cooling solution, you're OK unless you're going to overclock from that point.

That temperature is quite fine for a AMD CPU. The hanging seems to be another unrelated issue. My second guess would be the overheating video card, especially if you have one of the Geforce FX series.

Then again, it could be lots of other things...

51c is fully normal. Instead, the system crashes are caused by something else. You could try to switch Power supply and/or main memory.

lol, i ment the temp was around 51c, my machine was stable at all times. :)
