The entire led is lit up.. pls help...

Hii,
I have a Hp Deskjet F380 All-in -One printer..
For the last few days the entire led section is lit up,
the printer is not detected on the computer..
I've tried switching it off but nothing happens unless I pull out the power chord..
And when I plug the power chord back, its again the same..
Its like the entire printer is hung or something..
Please help...

The manual will have a troubleshooting section to diagnose the LEDs.
