Fujisu battery says its full but lasts 5 min

Hello,

I just bought a new battery for my fuijtsu computer. When I check it on my computer, it says "91% available(plugged in, not charging)." When I unplug my computer, the battery lasts me about 7 min before it dies and conks out.

Was there something I was supposed to do when I got my battery? Why is it not charging on my computer?

Generaly it's a good idea to charge any new battery so that it shows 100% and then use it.
When it dies does it say 0% and what happens when you try to charge it? Can it be charged to 100%
If your not able to resolve the issue contact Fujitsu and get a replacement before the 30 days is up.
