Where can I go to download subject above. I do not have a recovry disk nor can find one to download or purchase

When you purchase a laptop and it doesn't come with a recovery disk it usually means that there is a hidden partition on the hard drive that contains recovery software. You can go to the Toshiba web site and the support page and find out how to access this hidden partition. I also have a Toshiba laptop and had to go to the support page and download the instructions on how to access the hidden partition. it's there and it works.
