Anybody have a problem with DMS Pinball?

Folks,

I placed a order on the DMS site well over a month ago for a few
parts, paid via Paypal (payment was accepted) it's now July and I have
yet to receive the parts or any word from them of the status of the
order...I was just wondering if anybody else has had any dealing with
them.....?

I have ordered from them a few times out of desperation. They never
respond in any way until they ship the item. They send a shipping
notice and usually send a shipping overcharge refund. Expect 2-4
weeks...

I put an order in a week ago and have yet to even receive a confirmation e-mail
from them

Thanks for the info, it just seems odd to me that they don't confirm
the order, payment, with at least a automated response, if it wasn't
for Paypal I wouldn't have even known that the order went through from
the site.....it's been 4 weeks, I guess I'll give them a few more
days.
