Suggestion regarding computer buying

it is better to have 1gb graphics card,i3 second gen. processor & 4gb ram or 4gb ram,i5 second gen. & without graphics card

as i m not d core gamer

with all this how much my pc will cost

i have mention brand dell but i m planning to assemble it
