My sound has dissapeared!!

Hi guys, i was removing some stuff from my computer and i think that i removed the sound drivers... how do i get it back?

Start by going in to Control Panel, System, Device Manager and see if the sound entry is listed or yellow flagged as faulty. Attempt to update the driver from Device Manager.


If that doesn't work dig out the disk (if any) which came with your computer or motherboard with drivers on it. Failing that go to the computer/motherboard maker's site and look for new drivers.

Hmm i made a restore from yesterday, and it says that i have sound... But it still doesn't work i cant hear i thing with my speakers.

Please somone help me, i've been struggling to fix the sound for days now and it just wont work!!.. 4 days ago it worked great then i kinda removed something and now it doesnt work. It says that i have sound but i can't hear a thing on my speakers.

then try the disk that came with the computer or the manufacturer site. if still no help, i guess you could try a driver update software. the program available here http://www.drivers-updates.net/drivers/sound-card-drive... once helped with my sound issue, hope it can work for you as well. :)
