Task Manager says only 50% CPU usage on HT CPU?

I just did some OC'ing on my new 2.4C (@3.2 right now) and I fired up Prime95 and F@H. I wanted to check the task manager to see if it was at 100%, and to my surprise it wasn't, only 50%. Is this normal with HT CPUs or is something wrong here? My guess would be that since XP sees 2 3.2GHz CPUs it thinks it's only using 1/2 of the total clocks... is this right?

That is correct, it is still performing @ 3.2Ghz too.

You gotta use the -local switch on the .exe file and run 2 instances to get 100%. Im not sure why prime did not take the CPU to 100% when F@H is running.

Turn off HT when benchmarking for best results, but leave it on for everything else.
