Privacy in Windows 7

Hello,

1) In the taskbar, when I right click on some application like Firefox or Explorer, a list pops up with the last 10 files I opened with this application. This does not go away if I empty the Users > ... > Recent folder. How to clean that ?

2) In XP there was a folder in Local Settings called "Computer" or [Name_of_the_computer] containing a complete history of all the files which has been opened. Is it gone under Win7 ?

Also CCleaner only does a first order delete of these files. I freak my friends out when I recover their deleted files.

CCleaner will do a wipe, but I can usually recover most of those as well... but its better than nothing...there are other temporary logs and files that are created and deleted that you dont see but other tools will see.
