Laptop power

I have a Dell laptop puter that is about two months old. When I plugged the
charger/ adapter in today, instead of getting a green light and powering the
laptop, it whined at me. It worked fine yesterday. Anybody have any ideas
about what might cause this?

It's because your 'com' has dropped off!
