is the core i7 going to perform that much better ? if at all the clock speed is so low
and how will the graphics cards play out ? i hear the 260m is better

I already purchased the G51Vx-X3A , i got it about 3 days before i sceen the G51JX-X1 on newegg, after several issues with video games not getting the performance i expected and after the system hard locked several times, and seeing this new model out with the core i7 i became very frustrated, i tried to return it and upgrade or get a refund from both newegg and asus, but that was fruitless, so im stuck 1100.00 for a system im not really happy with.

In terms of gaming the second one is better because GTX 260 > GTS 360M
