Headset advice wanted

Hi everyone, I have a ASUS D2X sound card and currently using the Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset, the voloume control on the cable seems to be on its last legs so ive been thinking of upgrading my headset, i have been looking at the Sennheiser PC 360 G4ME open ear design, i want my heasdset to have a good microphone and produce good sound when playing games , watching movies and have a decent bass for listening to music, my limit is £150, so same price or cheaper would be nice, i play at home so open ear design wont be a problem for disturbing others and i might actually hear the front door bell so what im asking is do any of you reccomend this headset for my sound card or some other headset that i may have missed? thanks for any help in advance
