Which LCD is better?

Please can someone advise me on the screen which is the best. I am getting confused about contrast ratios. I think higher is better but the first one is 12000:1 and the others are 50,000:1. The first one cant be that much worse surely?

Which should I buy? I want to watch blue ray movies and play some games and work in windows 7. thanks

Slightly out the budget. £200 is was thinking, not £2000. Also, i would like a monitor and not a TV
