have error msg "NTLDR is missing" and I manage to get solution in MS KB.
Refer to KB article Q305595,can some one kindly assist on how to copy the
file in step-by-step process.

(yes, its the same one your error message says to check)

create the boot disk, copy NTLDR from the boot disk to the c: drive if it
boots successfully.

If not, check back and I am sure someone will help you diagnose the problem
further.
