Hello,
my HP 940c thinks it needs ink even after a new cartridge. but not all the time, i just printed 4 pages and now it tells me no ink, this is off and on

Did you replace the black and the color, or just one of them? If you only replaced one, the other may need replaced as well.

That's a hardware fault. Get it serviced.

I replaced both cartridges, decided to trash it and just buy a new printer!
