Mustek MFS-6000CX flatbed scanner via USB?

Hello,
is it possible to connect my old flatbed SCSI scanner Mustek MFS-6000CX via USB? It seems there is a variety of adapters, but do they work? Has anyone any experience with this scanner under XP?

You may be lucky but legacy to USB adapters may or may not work.

To be brutal, Mustek don't seem to make great scanners so unless you have a desktop computer and can find a cheap SCSIC PCI card AND can get an XP driver -- I think I would look at a new scanner by Canon or Epson.
