Packard Bell Q8300 Recovery issue...

Hello and I really in need of assistance here. My PC has done Packard Bell recovery management since I got keylogged, I had to do it. It worked as intended but the issue is that my PC won't go further after the Windows 7 Logo is done. It just stays black screen and sits there. I have retried the recovery and both options but it still ends the same.

I don't know what to do... Any suggestions to get this PC back running?

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums,
I will suggest attempting to load windows in 'safe mode with networking' when given the option - see if you can get that far. If possible to do that, start enabling hardware and updating drivers one at a time (quite a long process) - use the latest drivers from PB for that.
Hopefully that'll solve your issues...
