You need to supply more information when asking questions like that! Would be handy to know what laptop/computer you have, what OS you are running and do you have the webcam software installed???

Typing in caps is rude and not necessary , we can read your post without you using all caps!

If you have software on your computer then there should be an option for you to take a picture. If you don't have the software then you need to go to the web site of the laptop or web cam and download the software.

When you open the webcam, there should be a button that says "Capture", or a Camera symbol - click on it.
