Anyone know when P4s above 3GHz are coming?

I'd heard from several sources that in June Intel was going to launch some new P4s with clock rates above 3 GHz, like 3.2 at least, and perhaps 3.4. But now it's June and the only thing that's happened is that they filled in all the down-scale models for 800M FSB (a few weeks ago only the 3.0 was available with 800M FSB). Anyone else heard anything?
