I Have two computers in my house and would like XP on both, Is it possible two install on both without buying another disk.

No, you will need to buy a new Windows Xp installation disk. Piracy in unacceptable and should be avoided at any cost.

I do have the (OEM)Home version. All I want to do is network the two. Might have to put windows 98 se back on the second computer. Will the two network together alright? thanks

You could try it. What you do is install XP on one of the computers, activate it, then wait a week, and install on the second one. When it makes you call MS for a new key, just tell them that you overclocked your last computer to hell and back, fried the mobo and cpu, and corrupted your hard drive. You just bought a new computer, and are re-installing XP on that one.

yes they will network just fine it is what I am doing now to share broadband and network the 2 on a lan with a router .. simply run the xp networking wizard.. make the floppy it asks you to make and install the network on the win98 machine using the floppy .. couldnt be easier
