Usb driver exclamation download

Hello,
I have a Laptop HP 625 but USB port is not working at all, and i tried hardly to update the drivers but is still the same.
So how can i do?

How did you test the USB port?

Try to use the same port with a different device, just to make sure it is the USB port. If it doesn´t help, then try using the ExpressCard34 slot, as it is possible to add an USB 3.0
