Start up programs

Which "start up" programs absolutely have to be there on an inspirion
8500 w/xp. I seem to be loading up a lot of stuff these days.

Is there a FAQ for this?

Nothing 'absolutely has to' start with Windows. It's your choice, which
means you need to learn about what starts with your computer so you can make
an informed decision.

....has a lot of info on what you should lock down in XP (excluding user
installed programs)
