I have an MN-700 Wireless 54 MBPS base station set up and
I can connect to my PC and Xbox adapter. The Imac running
OS9.x cannot connect the router. The base station
software detects the name of the IMAC but will not
connect. Does there need to be some internet
configuration settings?

Typically set the IMac to use DHCP, and make sure is using
the same SSID, channel, and WEP key (including key length
and type). Sometimes is easier to disable the WEP key
first, and only set it once everything else is working.
