Best laptop for the money

Hello,

I am replacing my Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop. I am a sahm, online college student, and small business owner. I want a laptop, niot a mini. I also want 3 - 4GB of storage, webcam, HD screen, number pad, and CD Drive/DVD player/CD burner.My budget is about $600, before tax. Oh, and I do not want Vista...it scares me. Thank you for your help!!!
