My T#3 IS completely dead.
No cause determined.
I'm wondering if the battery is dead , will it work on charger?
My unit does not turn on no matter what not on charger either. Is it possible
that battery is dead?

You say it does not work on the charger either? The problem could be
something other than the battery then. Perhaps the charger?

No charger problem - I have 2 T#3 .Placed busted palm on 2nd charger ,no
change- dead .
Hard to believe that I broke it - left on bookshelf overnight ,now dead .
Worse yet , happened 1 month after warranty expired.
New ideas?

I'll give you $20 for the T3 and charger, and another $5 for shipping.

Well , completely misdiagnosed.
As I practiced how to take the case apart
and install new battery I pushed on metal sliders- apparently that pushed on
battery connector - ala Kazoo all back to normal.
Happy palm user.

Ah, well, clearly our fault for not knowing the common "I took it
apart and now it doesn't work any more" error. Did you ckeck the
knowledgebase on PalmOne.com for that one?
