Here is my problems I just did a fresh install of winXP updated my drivers couldn't update my SBlive value drivers everytime I try to install SB's exe I get a CRC error I have d/l this file 5 time now.. but that is just the one problem I have.

Here is the second one I bought Jedi Night II and it is flickering right from the splash screen right into the game. I am also haveing this problem with Operation flash point they constantly flicker and in about a 1 min. it freezes the computer I did not have this problem running them under win98 and yes my video drivers are upgraded. I have contacted both companies and got tech support which was useless. Any other sugestions would be great..

Here is my computer system

AMD TB 700 OC'd to 800
Asus A7V
256Mb pc133 ram
SBlive value
Viper770 video card
burner yamaha
cdrom

Maybe this problem is related to my. When you describe it, it sounds very much like the problems I have. Take a look in my topic "Strange graphical errors in some games" Although your description of the gfx errors is much better than mine. Flickering.

I figured out my problem with the GFX I forgot to install the PCI Latency Patch for the Via chipset that fixed this problem right up.
