Sorry your post was kinda funny wouldn’t take it so seriously. If you're going to be vague with your question and demand then you'll get responses like you did. They haven’t done anything wrong, think about it.

Where’s the sound coming from? Inside the case? Down on the floor? Transformer packs from modems etc can make high pitched noise, though not very loud but good enough reason to replace.
