You probably can, although the whole sequence is not known..

As someone else posted, it's MM as indicated by the first 5 digits.

More we don't know.. maybe the date of manufacture has something to
do, but I personally think (from seeing large owners lists i.e. of TZ)
that the country code for which the game was produced (and thus
voltage and type of coin door and coin validator) somehow is also
included.

If you google this topic you'll find a fair amount of discussion on WMS
and other serial numbers, meanings, and how to break it down. I think is
was somewhere around 1996/97.
