WinXP Lockup Help !

Anyone know of a reason why my box (KT3 Ultra Mobo / Athlon XP1800+ / Leadtek Geforce 4 Ti4200 / Seagate baracuda 7200 RPM 40gig), always farkin locks up, when in games, and now doing it normal desktop at no particular reason !.. really starting to piss me off... only just stated again, after i thought i fixed it about 2 months ago. anyone know of any incompatibilities or servie packs that could help me ?... thanks

Have you done all the latest updates for your equipment, including; bios, m/b, sound/vid cards and os?

I have the exact same problem. I posted it in the second half of my post titled "windows xp registry error" by nmbian.

I'm sorry, but can you include more information of your system, plus what drivers you installed (if any)? <A HREF="http://www.btvillarin.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=329" target="_new">Example</A>

If possible, list your system parts in this manner. It's thorough, so people can help diagnose your problem. I'm thinking it's a driver issue, that's for sure. Relax...deep breath...
