USB2 card for older Dimension 4100

Dimension 4100 has only a USB 1 slot, is there a card I can insert
into an empty slot that would come with USB 2 thus effectively giving
the system one USB 1 and one USB 2 slot?

Oops - yep. You need PCI - I misread the post as Inspiron 4100, not
Dimension.
