Hello,
i have a laptop and the internal speakers wont work but the headphones do is there a setting i can go into and changethis i have tried everything

If you go to the speaker icon on the task bat on the right and click on it and then the mixer you'll see the options for your connections and you can set the headphones or the speakers as the default.
