Best computer for live video streaming

Need a computer that processes real time wireless data and records video to replay at a later time. System needs to be up 99% of the time.

Build a small server.

You can use:

Small ATX form factor case
Micro ATX form factor motherboard
At least an I3 3xxx series processor
At least 8GB's of RAM
If you plan on using 1080P, your going to need something nice like a Quadro or GTX 560+
A very capable powersupply, if your running 24/7 GET A SEASONIC
A very nice wireless router
Really good internet service
A couple 1TB harddrives in RAID
