high frequency noise

Why do I hear a high frequency noise sometimes when playing 3d games? My board is an Asus p4s533 and afaik the noise is caused by the overheating of the cpu. How can I remove this kind of noise? My temp at full load is 49C.

I to run a asus P4b533..
I had a high frequency noise with no name fans.
I switched to all thermaltake sensor/temp control ball bearing fans, they have the fan life of 50k hours..
Depending if you are a heavy gamer or not they are well worth the investment.
