allow applets- how?

How can I run applets from some trusted web sites? I tried (1) Explorer
Tools--> security setting and changed it to low and (2) custom adding the
sites to "allow" Neither solution worked. Help! Thanks!

Try adding the website to the trusted sites in your IE.

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Security Tab
Click on Trusted sites
Add the site and deselect the option for Require server verification.
