Hello,
can you help me how to fix my cd and dvd writer on my laptop

This section of the forums is for Windows 7 questions.
As far as fixing your dvd writer , you may need to take it to a repair shop to ahave it worked on or replaced. It's been my experience that once the dvd writer starts not working it's usualy not fixable and has to be replaced.

No qualified tech would even look at an optical drive for the cost of replacing it. That's why there aren't any qualified techs.
